Bah, I say...

In other news, Slashdot reports that Pixar has agreed to be sold to Disney...

In other news, Gateworld reports that Perception has closed their doors...

I'm mad.

In other news, I bought the original Stargate Movie Extended Cut, Minority Report, Hunt for Red October, and Frequency DVDs at Walmart for like $7.50 a piece. Deal? You betcha... all are movies I've had a hard time finding (Amazon.com not withstanding) and here they all were on one bargain sale shelf.

Make fun of us not!!

*gasp* oh noez... he can make fun of the US President all he wants, but he shouldnt make fun of us Canadians nooooo! Waaaaaaaah!!

Oh noez!

I got a kick out of this, seeing as how I know so many Canadians (and others) who leap at every opportunity to shoot at/chide/make fun of MY country's leaders, but as soon as someone aims the gun at them, they get oh so mad. Heeeehehehe.

Evenly distributing bashing jokes between all parties is an art, bwahaha.

I debated on closing comments because there's nothing else to say, but I might leave them open to see who might be silly enough to post one about how distasteful I am or something, but don't expect it to be published. :P

Microsoft sure knows how to make 'em!

Banned Xbox 360 Ad: Best Ad Ever!

Why is this banned?!! Crazy anti-gun fanatics... scared the lawyers at Microsoft into pressing whoever's in charge of this to keep the commercial off the air. It is amazing!! Seriously, folks... watch it! Unless, of course, your moral roots are shaken by the sight of countless people wielding their own hands as *GASP!* guns.

As one of the comments says, it's enough to make you actually like the 360, hehe.

Argh... humans...

It annoys me to no end when people continue to make fun of something because it's not working properly, because they don't know how to use it. I've told people that the Blizzard Downloader (that you use for downloading World of Warcraft patches) is, in essence, Bittorrent. You must forward the Bittorrent ports to the computer you're downloading from or it will be slow. I tell people this, but they don't listen and continue to shoot at Blizzard for their "slow" transfer services, and whine that they should make it better.

It's as good as it's going to get, folks, because it's already the best way to do it. You just need to wake up and learn how to use it the right way, and stop blaming Blizzard.

Thank you for listening to this early morning patch-day rant.
